How large is the ballroom? How many guests does it seat for dinner and dancing?
The ballroom and tented courtyard can fit up to 20 tables, or 200 guests, for dinner and dancing.
Linden Place’s ballroom is 36’x50’ and can hold up to 13 tables (130 guests) for dinner and dancing with a D.J. Please note that bands take up much more space than a DJ and plan accordingly.
The ballroom is often used in conjunction with the adjacent courtyard, which is tented April – November, and includes a hardwood floor, sides and lighting. This tent can be used as a space for additional table seating. Additionally, the courtyard is a good space to use for food stations and for a bar set-up. For events taking place December through March, a tent and heaters can be secured through a local tent rental company, if needed.
